ADMIRALS WALK

Admirals Walk 2000 Ltd. is the only organisation representing the interests of all leaseholders. We administer the freehold and leasehold properties and, through Napier, provide the services of every description to maintain our building. Admirals Walk 2000 Ltd. was formed when the residents bought the freehold in the year 2000.

We hold a number of shareholder meetings throughout the year and our annual budget and major expenditures are approved by our shareholders, who are the owners of the properties. The Admirals Walk 2000 accounts are audited by Carter & Coley. Our Directors are shareholders (i.e. are owners with a share of freehold), are appointed by the shareholders, and are unpaid volunteers.

Napier Management Services are our managing agents at Admirals Walk. Napier are accredited members of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents, who audit their procedures to ensure they are compliant with the strict ARMA standards necessary for accreditation.
